BOOKING CONDITIONS

The User agrees to accept the cancellation, the no-refund and the no-show policies mentioned during the booking process and sent by email upon booking confirmation. Policies may vary based on room type and/or dates of stay. We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
